Waffles for breakfast anyone? There’s nothing more comforting to me that making homemade waffles. I used to always make them as a kid so there’s something really beautiful and nostalgic about this delicious dessert. I also love how easy it is to make vegan and gluten-free waffles. For this recipe I used my trusty oat flour, oat milk, apple sauce, coconut sugar and baking powder. Easy, right? You can choose any toppings you like. This time I went for frozen wild blueberries, shredded almonds and apple sauce. And this combination was absolutely delicious.
