Waffles

This vegan and gluten-free waffles recipe is so easy and quick to make. They are soft, fluffy and refined sugar-free.

Equipment

  • 1 High Speed Blender optional
  • 1 Waffle Maker

Ingredients

  • 330 g oat flour gluten-free
  • 320 ml oat milk gluten-free
  • 80 g unsweetened apple sauce more for topping
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • coconut oil for the waffle maker
  • shredded almonds topping
  • frozen wild blueberries topping

Instructions

  • Simply whisk all ingredients together in a bowl or mix in a high speed blender until a smooth batter forms.
  • Brush the waffle maker with a little bit of coconut oil to prevent sticking.
  • I used around 100 ml of batter for each waffle.
  • Serve waffles with your favourite toppings. I used frozen wild blueberries, apple sauce and shredded almonds.

Notes

  • These waffles taste amazing with any fruit topping and also maple syrup.
