I love that you can add so many different toppings depending on the season. This time I added blueberries and raspberries and it tasted like summer. If you haven’t tried baked oats yet, this is your sign to give it a go and I promise you won’t be disappointed. This recipe is so easy, quick and it will make you feel satisfied all morning.

Step 1: Make the oatmeal batter
Put oats, banana, water, baking soda, maple syrup and cinnamon in a blender and blend until smooth. Next, pour the batter into an oven-safe dish.
Step 2: Add toppings and bake
Garnish with fresh blueberries and raspberries. Bake your oatmeal in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 20-25 minutes. Remove, cool and enjoy!

Berry Baked Oats
Equipment
- 1 High Speed Blender
- 1 Baking Dish
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 100 g gluten-free oats
- 200 ml water or gluten-free oat milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup more to serve
- mixed berries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200℃.
- Blend the banana, gluten-free oats, baking soda, cinnamon, water and maple syrup in a high speed blender until smooth.
- Pour the batter into an oven safe dish and put your mixed berries on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Add more maple syrup on top for extra sweetness and enjoy.
