Smoothie bowls are my go-to breakfast, especially during spring and summer. They are such an easy way to eat more fruits and they set you up for an amazing start to the day. Our brain runs on glucose, so the more fruit you can get in during the day the better. This delicious tropical mango smoothie bowl is perfect for a quick, easy and healthy breakfast. For this recipe I used mango, banana and orange but you could also use pineapple or papaya. Simply throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and then garnish with your favourite toppings. I went for blueberries, gluten-free granola and coconut.
