How to make chia pudding
Step 1: Combine the ingredients & refrigerate
Add oat milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract and red pitaya powder into a glass jar and whisk to combine. Set aside for a minute and whisk again. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for at least 3 hours but I recommend leaving it in the fridge overnight.
Step 2: Add toppings and serve
