water
or gluten-free oat milk

baking soda

cinnamon

maple syrup
more to serve

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200℃.
Blend the banana, gluten-free oats, baking soda, cinnamon, water and maple syrup in a high speed blender until smooth.
Pour the batter into an oven safe dish and put your mixed berries on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Add more maple syrup on top for extra sweetness and enjoy.
