  • 1 High Speed Blender
  • 1 Baking Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 100 g gluten-free oats
  • 200 ml water or gluten-free oat milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup more to serve
  • mixed berries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200℃.
  • Blend the banana, gluten-free oats, baking soda, cinnamon, water and maple syrup in a high speed blender until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into an oven safe dish and put your mixed berries on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Add more maple syrup on top for extra sweetness and enjoy.
