Almond Banana Bread
This is the best vegan and gluten-free almond banana bread recipe. It's healthy, naturally sweetened and absolutely delicious.

gluten-free oat flour

almond flour

coconut sugar

ripe bananas
2
tbsp
maple syrup

tsp
cinnamon
pinch of salt
blanched almond shreds
peanut butter
for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Put bananas and maple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t have a blender you can use a fork to mash the banana.
In a separate bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix to combine.
Add the banana maple syrup mixture to the dry ingredients and combine into a thick batter.
Pour batter into a small oven safe dish lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with blanched almonds. Bake in the oven for 60 minutes.
Allow the banana bread to cool completely before serving and drizzle with peanut butter.

Portion Size:
You can simply double the ingredients to serve more people.
