cashews
soaked in boiling water for 30-40 minutes

cucumber

Instructions
Combine the soaked cashews, water, garlic and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until very smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in the cucumber, herbs and salt. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
