In this weeks healing meditation, we are working on clearing out stress, worry, fear and anxiety from the body. If you find yourself constantly worrying about the future and if you struggle with digestive issues, this meditation will help you to let go of any incoherence in the body that is causing pain. We rebalance the digestive system and nervous system and we clear out any stuck emotions, blockages and limiting beliefs that are stopping you from moving forwards in life. This is a holistic approach where we are focusing on the body, mind & soul to expand your consciousness. I am working with a variety of different tools and methods to give you exactly the healing experience you need. We are creating a safe space where everybody can heal and share their experiences.
After booking, I will send you an email with a link to the session. Please also check your spam folder. This meditation can be completed online through video call using Zoom. We will be together for approximately 1 hour, 30 minute meditation + chit chat afterwards to share your experiences with the group. Sharing your experiences isn’t mandatory, you don’t have to say anything if you don’t feel like it.
