We all have those mornings where we hit the snooze button about a million times before we are actually getting out of bed and all of a sudden we need to leave the house in like 10 minutes and we have no idea where to start. I always like to keep in mind when using makeup especially in the mornings ‘less is more’ and I’ve opted for a very simple make-up the past few weeks. Mainly because my skin has been incredibly dry and the thought of a face full of makeup on top of it was just horrible.
On days where I don’t wear tinted moisturizer or a lightweight foundation, concealer is my best friend. I like using the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer because its got great coverage and doesn’t feel heavy or dry under my eyes. Once my dark circles are gone, I’m getting my glow on. I love using the Max Factor Creme Puff Blushes as they add a beautiful glow to the cheeks and also a little bit of colour. For highlight, I always apply my beloved MAC Mineralized Skinfinish in Soft&Gentle. Moving on to eyes, the Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette is perfect for a quick and easy everyday look. I love using the shade Naked 2 to define my crease and Venus in my inner corners. I then just apply a few coats of my Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara and quickly brush through my brows with the Essence Make Me Brow Gel. This stuff is amazing, making it so easy to brush my eyebrows into perfect shape while tinting them slightly. Last but not least, for lips I really enjoy using the Clarins Instant Light Lip Perfectors.
