I was sorting out my dressing table last week and I got rid of so many makeup items that I hardly ever used. What a waste! However, while digging through my makeup collection I rediscovered quite a few products that I had totally forgotten about. So here are a few things I’ve been rediscovering my love for lately.
Urban Decay Naked Palette – The first neutral eyeshadow palette to instantly become a cult classic. If a had to choose a favourite out of the three, it would 100% be the original Naked palette. Since purchasing the Lorac pro palette a few months ago I had kind of forgotten about this palette but right now I’m totally obsessed with it again. It’s the perfect palette for everyday use.
NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream – These lipsticks have been around for a while and I absolutely love them! Personally, I think they are very hydrating on the lips, considering they’re all matte. I find these matte lipstick actually comparable to other higher end lipsticks like Mac. The texture is smooth and creamy and go opaque in one swipe. I have the shades Natural and Tea Rose.
Jouer Matte Moisture Tint – I’m a big fan of light-medium coverage foundations or tinted moisturizers that let my actual skin show through. I purchased this product around summer last year and I’ve worn it none stop for months. It applies like a dream, leaving my skin even and natural looking. Great for covering up redness or little blemishes.
Zoeva Lip Crayons – Another lip product from one of my favourite brands Zoeva. Their lip crayons have a super light and creamy formula perfect for a natural everyday makeup look. Some of the ingredients include: Vitamin E, Jojoba Oil and Chamomile, which make them very moisturizing and creamy. Definitely a handbag staple!
