My healing sessions are designed to show you how you can heal yourself. This is a holistic approach where we are focusing on the body, mind & soul. I am working with a variety of different tools and methods to give you exactly the healing experience you need at this moment in time. We are breaking down limiting beliefs you hold about yourself, removing past traumas and releasing emotional blockages from your energy field that are causing pain and incoherence. By rebalancing and clearing out your energy centers (chakras) we are raising your vibrations so you can live life from your heart again – and this change in frequency is immediately noticeable. Furthermore, I am working with the Medical Medium books to create the right protocols for your healing journey including cleanses, supplements and a list of healing foods depending on your symptoms and viral load. I am showing you how you can activate healing from within so you can become a completely new version of yourself. Each session will be completely unique and you can ask me anything you want. I value our time together and I take every personal detail you’re sharing with me very seriously.

I’m on day 6 of the advanced 3:6:9 liver cleanse I’m on day 6 of the advanced 3:6:9 liver cleanse now and this is the last round of the cleanse I have to do! I did 5 in total and it’s been an absolutely incredible experience. My body feels so healthy, nourished and feathery light now. All my digestive and skin issues are gone! 🙌🏼

I thought I would share the recipe for this delicious liver rescue smoothie that is part of the cleanse (and the most delicious one in my opinion 😋):

Ingredients: (1 serving)
• 300g frozen wild blueberries
• 2 ripe bananas
• 2 tbsp powdered red pitaya

Directions:
Put all ingredients into a high speed blender until smooth and enjoy! 🫐

I just published a new blog post sharing the Roast I just published a new blog post sharing the Roasted Veggie Pasta recipe I made the other day. Click the link in my bio to read the full recipe or save this post! 🍝

Ingredients: (2 servings)
• 250g rice pasta
• 5 small potatoes
• 1 medium carrot
•1 onion
• 10 garlic cloves
• 5 mini asparagus
• 200g cherry tomatoes
• 400g canned tomatoes
• Handful of rocket
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp Pasta Allrounder
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cut and roast all the veggies including onion and garlic in the oven at 200 degrees celsius for 20 minutes. Cook your rice pasta and save 50ml of the pasta water. Blend the roasted tomatoes, garlic, canned tomatoes and spices in a high speed blender to create the most delicious tomato sauce. Add in the pasta water for creaminess. Mix the pasta, tomato sauce and the rest of the roasted veggies together. Serve up and add a handful of rocket to your roasted veggie pasta.

Easy, 3 ingredient pizza base and healing veggies Easy, 3 ingredient pizza base and healing veggies topping! 😋🍕

Ingredients: (1 serving)

For the pizza base:
170g white quinoa
220ml water
1 tsp salt

Toppings:
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 zucchini
4 small mushrooms
1 small onion
Handful rocket 
Tomato sauce (I used the one from the roasted veggie pasta recipe)
1 tsp @justspices Pasta Allrounder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220C. Put quinoa, water and salt into a high speed blender until a smooth batter forms.

2. Pour the batter into a round baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Then take the pizza out of the tray, flip sides and bake for another 20 minutes on the other side.

3. In a pan, fry your cut veggies until they’re soft and add your spices.

4. Once the pizza base is done assemble your pizza with tomato sauce, fried veggies and rocket.

Ingredients: (1 serving)
80 g gluten-free oats
200 ml water or unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp maple syrup more to serve
1 red apple
1 ripe banana

Directions:
1. Put the oats, water, banana, cinnamon, maple syrup and baking soda into a high speed blender and blend until a smooth batter forms.

2. Pour the batter into an ovenproof baking dish. Cut one red apple into small chunks and put it on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.

3. Add more maple syrup before serving for extra sweetness. Enjoy! 😋

The negative inner voice is not you, and once you The negative inner voice is not you, and once you stop having an attachment to your negative, self-destructive thoughts - everything changes. We all know the voice in our head that is telling us we are not good enough, don’t do enough and whatever other negative stories it’s telling us to be true. You have to start observing your thoughts and you’ll be shocked at the negativity that comes through. Make it a habit to consciously disagree with these thoughts. Because they are not true. This is how you can reprogram your mind and let go of the attachment you have to the thoughts generated from the ego/mind. You will start to realise that this negative inner voice and chatter was wrong all along.

Remember you are in control over your mind, not the other way around! ❤️

80g gluten-free oats
200ml water or unsweetened almond milk
1 ripe banana
1 red apple
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:
Put the oats, water, banana, cinnamon, maple syrup & baking soda into a high speed blender. Cut the apple into small cubes. Pour the batter into an ovenproof dish and top with cubed apple. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200C. Enjoy! 😋
