I spent the weekend with my best friends in Brighton and it was just absolutely beautiful – Brighton is a place I’ve never been to before but I always wanted to, so I was beyond excited to finally get a chance to go. We were incredibly lucky with the weather this weekend, considering it was February, it was so sunny and just a little bit windy and cloudy. I loved exploring the lanes, Brighton Pier, some beautiful independent cafés and the nightlife in Brighton is incredible.
We stayed at a beautiful Hotel right in the city center and most of the time we spend wandering around the street as there is just so much to see in Brighton. I loved all the cute little shops, pubs and cafés and they also have some gorgeous interior shops that I just couldn’t walk past. For breakfast, we went to this incredible café called Salvage in Hove and I think it is one of the best coffee shops in town. It’s got a great vibe and you feel really relaxed in there, the staff is incredibly friendly and the food was just on point. (They also have some serious coffee decorating skills going on)
We had such a great day exploring Brighton Pier. It’s such a lovely place and definitely one of Brighton’s main attractions. We really enjoyed the seafront and we had a blast as the indoor parts are filled with arcade games and amusements. I didn’t win anything though.
There are so many amazing vegan and vegetarian places to eat in Brighton and one of my favourites was the Loving Hut. This was honestly the best vegan burger I’ve ever had and they also make an amazing vegan Sunday Roast. The staff were so lovely and it feels great supporting places like this one. So, for all vegans out there, if you’re visiting Brighton you should definitely check this place out.
I’ll definitely be back in Brighton soon and I really hope you guys enjoyed this post.
